First Lincoln Equities, P.C. was started in 1995 by Tom Wanser, CCIM as a sole proprietor corporation for his use in servicing clients with their Commercial Real Estate Brokerage/Consulting needs. After seven years working with a local Lincoln, NE developer to develop and sell his commercial properties, he regenerated First Lincoln Equities, P.C. to continue his Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Consulting career.
Career Summary
Tom began his career in the commercial real estate field over 30 years ago in and around Lincoln, NE and offers clients extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including developing Apartments, Retail, Industrial and Flex-Space as well as Brokerage in these specialties.
Believing in giving back to his community and profession, Tom taught Real Estate Finance - 382 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Business Administration from 1980 to 1991 as well as participating in the affiliations listed below.
